  The work done was great; however the initial and follow not so much. The original appointment for an estimate was missed but they came the next day. I had another appointment for my contract (after the work was done) set between 9-10 AM on 3/31/17 no show by Lana. I stayed home most of the day waiting and even called the office at about 11:45 to check. To date (4/13/17) still no contract. Disappointed I don't handle business this way ever!!!!

  After trying two other pest control services with no success, I had decided to treat my home myself with a commercial product. A friend recommended Nova to me, and I’m so glad she did. I’m very pleased with the outcome (no more giant prehistoric cocktoaches!), and the service is fantastic! The price of the service is very competitive with “big name” pest service companies, so that’s a major plus! I️ would highly recommend Nova.
